Our Vision

All humans, irrespective of race, creed, nationality, gender or age, are created in the image and likeness of God and by virtue of the finished works of Jesus Christ on the cross, are redeemed to discover and achieve their purpose for a life of fullness and abundance.

Our Mission

The Divine Treasures Network (DTN) seeks to promote responsible adolescents, youth empowerment and employability through early detection of talents and career interests. DTN will leverage support from all well-meaning stakeholders and focus on advancing the transformational change in the mindset and attitude of adolescents and youths that will bring about greater attention, interest and participation in the promotion of technical knowledge and skills, creating jobs, working for the common good leading to positive contributions to the global development agenda.

The core values of DTN include:

Key Objectives

DTN focuses on youth transformational change based on four pillars, which are Counseling, Education, Training and Employability. To this end, the Association pursues a four-fold objective as follows:

  1. Increased awareness by youth of their natural talents and potentials.
  2. Increased advocacy for policymakers to promote quality education and training of youth for transformational change in mindset with respect to career choices and job creation.
  3. Local governments or Councils provide increased material, technical and financial support for the training of youth so that they can realize their full potential.
  4. Advocacy for governments to adopt increased participation of youth in leadership roles at all levels.

 

Divine Treasures Network (DTN) was created to contribute in addressing the critical problem of youth unemployment and underemployment.
