Divine Treasures Network (DTN) is preparing to officially launch its national youth empowerment movement on within the coming weeks, at the National Museum in Yaoundé (venue, date, time confirmation underway). This launch is more than a ceremony — it is the beginning of a long-term commitment to transform the lives of Cameroon’s young people.
Why This Launch Is Important
For decades, young Cameroonians have faced rising unemployment and underemployment despite obtaining diplomas and degrees. Many struggle with limited access to opportunities, lack of practical training, weak mentorship, and inadequate career guidance.
DTN was created in 2025 to respond directly to these challenges. Guided by Christian values, human dignity, and a spirit of service, DTN exists to support young people through Counseling, Education, Training, and Employability — a four-pillar model designed to help youth move from potential to productivity.
What Will Happen at the Launch
The launch will highlight:
-
Presentation of the Baseline Study on youth unemployment and underemployment, carried out in Yaoundé, Douala, and Garoua.
-
Unveiling of the 2026–2030 Strategic Plan, which defines DTN’s roadmap to empower youth and reduce unemployment.
-
Testimonies and insights from youth, sharing real experiences and aspirations.
-
Engagement with stakeholders — government, NGOs, councils, churches, and private sector institutions.

What DTN Will Do After the Launch
DTN is not a one-day event — it is a five-year mandate to support the country’s development vision. Over the next five years (2026–2030), DTN plans to:
-
Support 200 youth to start viable businesses.
-
Link 500 trained youth to decent employment.
-
Work with 50 certified partner institutions to improve training quality.
-
Advocate nationally for better alignment between education and labor market needs.
(Strategic Plan goals) -
DTN also aims to become a major reference for youth employability in Cameroon, building a reputation for excellence, integrity, and impact.
Why Youth Should Care
Youth will benefit from:
-
Counseling and mentorship
-
Career guidance
-
Training opportunities
-
Job placement support
-
Entrepreneurship programs
-
Exposure, networking, and community support
A New Beginning
DTN is built for young people — and powered by their voices, needs, and dreams. The DTN official launch marks a historic moment: the birth of a structured, evidence-driven, faith-aligned movement for youth transformation. As the country prepares for the event, youth across Cameroon can begin to look forward to a future filled with possibility.
